New to Pilates? Start by browsing our class schedule and booking a beginner-friendly class. Our instructors will guide you through the reformer, explain the basics, and help you feel comfortable every step of the way. No prior Pilates experience is required!

We understand that plans change! Classes must be canceled or rescheduled 8 hours before class to avoid a late-cancellation or no-show fee. Be sure to check your booking confirmation for the most up-to-date cancellation policy.

Arrive 10 minutes early for your first class so you have time to check in, meet your instructor, and get familiar with the studio and reformer equipment. Bring water, wear your grip socks, and come ready to move!

Wear comfortable, form-fitting workout clothes that allow you to move freely. Grip socks are required for all reformer classes to help with stability and safety. We have socks for purchase in the studio.
